Thanks to your constant support, I received a little bandcamp upgrade. To celebrate, ALLof my stuff on bandcamp will be available for freefor a limited amount of time! Well, downloads. 1,000 to be exact, so let’s see how long that lasts.
So what are you waiting for? Check out my album projects here or visit my bandcamp page directly. “Any suggestions”, you ask? Of course, here are some really good ones:

Today I present to you: the second song of Clad in Shadow!
In this project, tunes get a ‘Shadow‘ version by mixing them with a Persona Battle Theme (originally I just wanted the tune from Persona 2, but comments suggested I should use more than that to keep it fresh, so here we go~). They will usually have a darker feeling to them as well. Exceptions prove the rule though.
This time we roll with Kirby and Gourmet Race. Some of you might recall Shadow Swallow which I originally made for the Super Mario: Vanishing Existence series, so this is somewhat of a remake. Quite a bit more than Shadow Owen was. Shadow Swallow features some more and some less recognizable parts of the Persona 2Battle Theme. I think it sounds more quirky than Shadow Owen, but still has a dark, unsettling feeling to it…and a cool beat, no?
I also used this distorted-sounding voice/sound effect. Do you recognize it? It’s actually Mike Kirby’s third attack! You know, Mike Kirby aka the God of Destruction~
As usual you’ll find the video and download below. Want to show your appreciation? Donate!
And here’s the video, notice Shadow Kirby’s red glowing eyes in the beginning:
As for the next upload, I have one or two mixes prepared, let’s see what it will be. At least one of them should definitely surprise you, I’ve been holding it back for about a year despite it being practically finished, because uh…you’ll see eventually.
So, ugh, where to start? Ah, yes: here’s a new song for y’all, Time to Battle, an RPG Battle Medley!
This song has quite the story. It started off years ago with the idea to make a remix of the Battle Theme from Fire Emblem Gaiden. Now look what monstrosity that idea has turned into:
Fighting of the Spirit – Tales of Symphonia
Kanto Gym Leader – Pokémon R/B/Y
Johto Gym Leader – Pokémon G/S/C
Heroic Battle – Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 2
Strike! – Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon
Battle 1 (Player) – Fire Emblem Gaiden
The Decisive Battle – Final Fantasy VI
Boss Battle – Golden Sun: Dark Dawn
Battle – Keroro RPG
Battle – Quest 64
The End of the Raging Waves – Etrian Odyssey III
Battle 2 – Final Fantasy IV
Elegy – Hyperdimension Neptunia V
You Will Know Our Names – Xenoblade Chronicles
Now THAT’s what I call a medley. I included tons of Regular and Boss Battle themes as you can see. As usual it’s a mix of songs that I like, songs that need to be there and songs that work. If at least one of the tunes makes you feel nostalgic, I succeeded.
Not all transitions are perfect, but that was to be expected from such a broad mix (mostly speed issues…). Some of them work pretty well though, like the transition into the Pokémon tunes and into the FFVI Boss Theme.
Obviously there are series that didn’t make the cut, so it’s time for honorable mentions: I really tried, but there’s no Undertale and no Mother. Guess one can’t have everything…
The tunes that stand out the most to me are the Fire Emblem GaidenAttack Theme and Hyperdimension Neptunia V‘s Regular Battle Theme Elegy, which turned out incredibly good in my opinion. Now that tune is stuck in my ear though…
But enough rambling, let’s get listening. As usual you’ll find the video and download below. Want to show your appreciation? Donate!
Achievement unlocked: Make a remix of at least one song from every Hyperdimension Neptunia main game. Can I have some praise, please?
So that’s a big weight off my shoulders, like I said that song has been there for years waiting to finally get done. Which of the tunes stood out the most to you? I’m curious. Be so kind and leave a comment on the video. (You can also praise me if you want~)
