I present to you the people’s least favorite song of the voting: Brinstar Alchemy! …that doesn’t sound like interesting news at all! But I think that song definitely deserves some spotlight. Some information about an upcoming voting can be found below!
This Super Metroid remix is based on Brinstar Overgrown with Vegetation Area with some surprise Echoes Main Theme. Surprise! There is quite some experimentation included, especially with mixing and stuff, but there’s still tons of room for improvement.
As usual you’ll find the song, the download and the video below. Want to show your appreciation? Donate!
A new animated series has been added to the OST section, which will in fact feature mostly original character themes. The Walfas-styled series takes place after the events of Super Mario: Vanishing Existence (also in the OST section) and was made by VanishingSVST. I just recently finished the first beta song “With Evil Intentions”, the theme of the series’ main antagonist, so I thought it’d be the right time to add these videos. Although the song didn’t turn out exactly as dark or evil as it should…it’s more catchy than anything. Perhaps you want to have a listen:
To get you in the right mood, here’s the first episode of Fragmented Memories, two more episodes are waiting for you in the OST section:
I’ll upload some samples of the songs I’m currently working on at the end of the week, so stay tuned!
At last we’ve reached the finale of Disciple Month 2! That means an epic and hopefully nostalgic mix awaits you, incorporating parts of all the songs of Disciple Month 2. On the other hand this also means Disciple Month 2 is officially over and we can (for now) return to the usual remixes. Next week I’ll show you what I have in mind, but for now let’s enjoy the grand finale of this amazing “month”!
Of course this also means that the album “Master of the Elements” has been officially released, which includes the 4 Disciple songs as well as Master of the Elements. However, Lightning and Light have both been slightly upgraded for this release. It’s available for free (unless you feel it’s worth more than that) and I suggest you download it. More specifically, if you want to download the song, there is no alternative! *evil laugh*
